This is a commissioned piece for a newlywed couple who tied the knot in Hawaii. The Hawaiian Island is a place that holds a special significance in the hearts of those who visit, characterized by the salty sea air, gentle breeze caressing their cheeks, and the calming rhythm of the waves. Particularly, given the joyous memories of their wedding, the hue of the ocean has a special place in the hearts of these clients. My aim was to capture their happiness in the natural shades of the ocean.
