By accepting the transaction of a 50% deposit, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Commission work must be booked 2-3 months in advance.

2. A color test/design sketch will be sent to you for confirmation if requested.

3. After accepting the Terms and Conditions, a 50% deposit is required to book and it is non-refundable.

4. The price does NOT include shipping.

5. Contact for size not listed in the sizing option above.

6. The commissioner has the responsibility to provide correct shipping information to the artist.

7. All personal information will be kept private and confidential.

8. Delays in creation or shipment may occur occasionally. In such cases, it will be informed by the artist.

9. Commission work is final in the sale.

10. Commissioner may NOT use the commissioned image(s) for commercial use without the consent of the artist.

11. Necessary hardware will be installed and provided by the artist in order to display the work safely.  The commissioner is responsible for the confirmation of the durability of the location in which the work will be installed. 

12. All works are carefully created to be safely enjoyed.  The artist will not be responsible for any damages or accidents caused after the work has been safely delivered.
