" Colors of Lanikai "

During my recent trip to Hawaii in January, I had the pleasure of spending time with my dear friends. We relished in the refreshing waters, laughing and conversing for hours on end. While submerged in the stunning emerald-blue waters, I scooped up a handful of sand, and slowly opened my hand underwater. As I watched the golden sand trickle away, it shimmered and glimmered in the light, creating a mesmerizing spectacle of beauty that left me awe-inspired. I was struck by the interplay of the water's movements, the reflections of light, and the sparkling, shimmery quality of the Lanikai sand. I was moved to capture these elements in each piece of my work, resulting in a collection that beautifully encapsulates the essence of this remarkable experience.
